1) Delivery and returns policy
All orders are shipped using standard delivery and are NOT tracked unless you spend the minimum for free shipping
Processing time: 2 - 4 days
I do not accept refunds or exchanges but please contact me if you have any problems with your order! I am not responsible for any tax or customs duty on your orders so make sure to be aware of the government rules according to your country!
2) How long will my order take to arrive after shipping?
Domestic orders usually take around 2-3 business days and international orders usually take around 11 business days. HOWEVER, due to COVID, there may be delays so please allow extra time.
3) Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, I do! Just make sure you let me know by leaving a note in the checkout. You can also provide a personalised note that will be included in the order. Just leave this as a note at the checkout too :)
4) Do you accept commissions?
